Sundays usually slow down the week and allow us to recharge for the next one. Seems that we're going really fast this summer. Have you taken a moment yet this summer to really slow down, recharge yourself? It's all about energy. I am starting to notice that we take it for granted in ourselves as much as we do the air conditioner or the car, until we pay the bills, right?
